Six Highlights of the 21st China International Fire Exhibition

The 21st China International Fire Exhibition will be held in Beijing from October 13th to 16th. The theme of the exhibition is "Empowering Practical Operations with Technology, Facilitating Industry Development, and Serving Fire Rescue". A responsible person from the organizer, the China Fire Protection Association, disclosed that the scale of domestic and foreign exhibitors and the variety of exhibits at this exhibition have reached new highs, and it will present six highlights.

I. Reflecting internationality and professionalism in centralized communication

Leaders and relevant responsible persons from the National Fire Rescue Bureau, international and regional fire organizations, fire departments of some countries and regions, and the China Fire and Rescue Academy will attend the opening ceremony and present certificates to the representatives of the R&D units of the "Innovative Products" that have passed the technical evaluation at the 21st China International Fire Equipment Technology Exchange Exhibition. Members of the national comprehensive fire rescue force and social fire rescue forces will be present to visit the exhibition and exchange views. Experts and scholars in the field of fire from home and abroad will deliver academic reports at the professional conference and a series of forums.

II. A Grand Exhibition Reflecting All Types of Disasters and Comprehensive Emergency Response Capabilities of the Entire Museum

With the goal of promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind and guided by the major business demands of fire emergency rescue, eight indoor professional exhibition areas, one outdoor vehicle and equipment static exhibition area, one dynamic demonstration area and one vocational skills and simulated combat drill exhibition area have been set up. The exhibits cover the entire industrial chain of fire emergency rescue, highlighting the industrial characteristics of preventing both domestic and wild fires and rescuing from both natural disasters and man-made calamities. This showcases the theme of the International Fire Exhibition: Empowering practical operations with technology, facilitating industrial development and serving fire rescue.

III. Academic Forums Demonstrating Professionalism and Series Orientation

Two professional conferences, twelve academic forums and two international meetings will be held, covering topics such as fire monitoring and early warning, building fire prevention, forest fire prevention, industrial fire prevention, petrochemical fire prevention, new energy fire prevention, data center fire prevention, flame retardant technology, clean and efficient fire extinguishing agents and intelligent fire extinguishing systems, fire protection vocational skills training and education, integration of equipment research and development with practical demands, and international fire protection exchanges and cooperation. The events are characterized by their specialization, serialization and internationalization.

During the exhibition, central and Beijing mainstream media, as well as related new media, will focus on high-tech products and equipment and simulated combat drills around the theme of "Empowering practical operations with technology, promoting industrial development, and serving fire rescue". They will conduct exclusive interviews with renowned fire rescue experts and key figures in innovative product research and development in forms that are popular among the audience, and live-stream the Conference on Innovative Development of Building Fire Prevention and the Forum on Innovation and Practical Application of Fire Emergency Rescue Equipment. 

VI. Group Standards Reflecting Marketization and Systematization

The Standardization Development Conference of the China Fire Protection Association, with the theme of "Promoting the Adoption and Application of Group Standards and Supporting the Legal Procurement of Innovative Achievements", focused on introducing the group standard system of the China Fire Protection Association and distributing standard compilations. Since 2019, 1,103 fire protection enterprises and academic groups, as well as 130 institutions of higher learning, have cumulatively submitted 111 group standards to the China Fire Protection Association, with 104 approved for initiation and 46 released and implemented. A total of 1,674 individuals have served as the main drafters of the standards. Group standards have become an important support for the high-quality development of the international fire protection exhibition and the fire protection emergency industry.
