Jinyuan dry fire sprinklers are specialized components for dry fire protection systems. In normal operation, a pipe plug with an elastic sealing washer at the nozzle entrance prevents water from entering. When a fire breaks out and the temperature reaches 68℃, the glass bubble bursts. The compressed spring in the nozzle extends, pushing the water pipe and related parts toward the nozzle direction. The sleeve connected to the pipe plug is pulled downward, making the pipe plug and spring washer leave the inlet position. Then water enters the nozzle and sprays out, playing a key role in fire suppression.
These sprinklers are formed through precision manufacturing processes. They consist of a nozzle body, a glass bubble thermal - sensitive element, a spring - pipe plug assembly, and a sealing structure. High - quality materials and advanced production techniques ensure reliable performance. The glass bubble accurately senses temperature changes, and the spring - pipe plug assembly ensures proper sealing and quick response during fire activation.
