Product Description

As a core part of low-expansion foam spray systems, the Zinc Chromed Water Fog Fire Sprinkler consists of two main types: PTW Foam Nozzles and PTT/S Dual-Purpose Foam/Water Nozzles. When foam mixed liquid with a certain pressure flows through the nozzle’s inner cavity, the throttling effect increases its flow velocity while reducing pressure—creating negative pressure that sucks in air. This air and foam mixed liquid then undergo a blowing-up process inside the nozzle to form air foam with a low expansion ratio (≥5 times).

The sprinkler is installed in a pendent manner, and the generated air foam is sprayed into the protected danger zone to cut off the fire’s oxygen supply and cool the fire site, achieving efficient fire extinguishing. Crafted with key materials like brass (and brass + stainless steel net for PTW models) and finished with zinc chrome plating, it boasts stable quality, corrosion resistance, and low maintenance needs. It supports optional BSP or NPT connecting threads, making it compatible with various pipeline systems in different application scenarios.
