Production Description
The PVC-lined fire hose is made of 100% high tensile strength ring-spun polyester yarn. It is a type of fire water delivery hose with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as the inner lining material, mainly used for transporting high-pressure water or foam fire extinguishing agents.
Its structure is usually composed of an inner lining layer, a reinforcing layer and an outer covering layer. It features lightness, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in fields such as building fire protection, industrial fire protection and forest fire extinguishing.
Pvc-lined fire hoses are usually composed of two layers. The outer layer is usually made of polyester woven fabric, which is used to provide wear resistance and durability. The inner layer is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material, which is used to transmit water flow. The PVC inner lining makes the fire hose highly flexible and easy to handle, making it easier to unfold and connect during use.
