Product Description

Sealing gasket: Usually made of elastic materials (such as EPDM, NBR), it is used to provide sealing performance for the system and prevent fluid leakage.

Housing/Coupling: A metal casing composed of two or more pieces (commonly carbon steel, galvanized steel, or stainless steel), it is the main pressure-bearing and structural component.

Bolts and Nuts: They are used to secure the clamps in place, generate mechanical force to press the washers, and ensure a firm connection.

The core working principle is that the gasket is responsible for sealing, while the clamp is responsible for withstanding pressure and providing structural integrity, achieving the optimal combination of sealing and strength.
