Product Description
The grooved end is connected to the grooved pipe through a grooved clamp, just like a common grooved pipe fitting. The flange end is connected to the other flange (equipment flange) in a standard flange type through bolts, nuts and gaskets
The core function of the grooved flange is to act as a "bridge", quickly and reliably connecting the grooved pipeline system with any equipment or valve with flange interfaces (such as water pumps, valves, water tanks, filters, etc.).
Features
• Welded-free connection: No welding is required near the equipment, protecting it from thermal damage and welding slag, making installation safer.
• Simplified calibration: The flexibility at the groove end allows for a certain degree of deflection, making the alignment of flange bolt holes very easy and eliminating the need for a cumbersome calibration process.
• Stress absorption: It can be used as a small flexible joint to absorb the stress caused by the vibration and thermal expansion and contraction of equipment (such as water pumps), protecting the equipment interface.

A：To offer maximum flexibility, gaskets are usually provided as optional accessories separately.
Q：How much time can I save by using grooved flanges compared with traditional welded flanges?
A：It can usually save more than 75% of the installation time. Traditional welding requires multiple processes such as grinding, centering, welding, cooling and painting.
