Product Description

Traditional sprinklers control the spread of fire by wetting the fuel around the fire source, waiting for the fire brigade to finally extinguish it.

The ESFR nozzle generates a large number of large, high-momentum water droplets, which can directly penetrate the upward airflow produced by the fire and reach the surface of the burning object for cooling and extinguishing.

It is a type of pendent sprinkler (hangs down from the pipe) specifically engineered to provide both early suppression and high-volume water discharge to control challenging, high-challenge fires in warehouses and other high-storage occupancies.

The core philosophy of an ESFR sprinkler is suppression, not just control. Its goal is to put out a fire completely, and do it early, before it can grow to a size that would overwhelm a conventional sprinkler system.

• Rapid response: In the early stage of a fire, the rapid response element of the ESFR sprinkler head acts promptly.

• Powerful jet: When the nozzle is turned on, it sprays out a large flow and high momentum water column through a large hole diameter and a special splash pan.

• Penetrating the fire column: High-momentum water droplets, like "bullets", ignore the obstruction of the ascending fire plume and directly penetrate through.

• Direct hit on the fire source: Water droplets precisely strike the surface of burning goods.

• Instantaneous suppression: A large amount of water rapidly cools the burning object, and the large amount of steam generated instantly can also suffocate the flame, thus quickly extinguishing the fire in an extremely short time.
