Product Description
The grooved resilient seat fire gate valve is a high-performance valve that integrates multiple advanced features such as quick grooved installation, visible visible stem status, elastic sealing with zero leakage, and remote signal monitoring. It is not only a control device for fluid on-off, but also a key component to ensure the safe, reliable and intelligent operation of the fire protection system.
The valve stem and gate plate are driven to move up and down vertically by rotating the handwheel, thus achieving the opening and closing of the flow channel. The soft seal at the bubble level is achieved by using the elastic rubber valve seat squeezed by the gate plate to produce elastic deformation. And it is quickly and reliably combined with the pipeline system through the grooved clamp connection method.
Features
• The new type of soft-sealed gate valve adopts a full-through flow channel design, which is equivalent to a straight pipe, with low flow resistance and ensuring smooth fluid flow
• The valve plate is covered with rubber both inside and outside to guaranteed good sealing. It has strong connection to avoid fall off after long-term use.
• Corrosion resistance：Non-toxic powder epoxy resin spraying on botn inside and outside of the valve to enhance corrosion resistance and improve water quality.
