Product Introduction
Grooved 45° Elbow is the core pipe fitting for achieving a 45-degree smooth turn in pipeline systems, and it has better hydraulic performance than 90° elbow. Its core function is to optimize the pipeline layout and reduce the system pressure drop by changing the flow direction while ensuring reliable sealing.
Its inner wall is cast into an exact 45° arc-shaped flow channel. When fluid enters, the flow channel wall will gently force the fluid to change direction.
Both ends of the elbow are pre-cast with annular grooves, and the connection is achieved through the grooved pipe clamp and rubber sealing ring.

A: 45° elbow: It offers smoother steering, less fluid resistance (pressure drop) and noise, which can optimize system efficiency, but it takes up relatively more space. 90° elbow: More compact steering, suitable for sharp turns in narrow Spaces, but with greater pressure drop.
When the hydraulic efficiency of the system is pursued and a longer layout is allowed, 45° is selected. When space is limited and a compact right-angle turn is required, select 90°.
