Product Description
It integrates the check valve function and the filter screen function. Its core mission is to ensure that the water pump can be smoothly primed and drawn before starting, and to prevent the backflow of liquid when the water pump stops. It is an indispensable key device on the suction side of the water pump.
Foot valve is a composite valve that combines two functions. Inside it, there is a one-way valve disc (such as butterfly type, ball type or hinge type), which only allows the medium to flow from bottom to top (from the water source to the water pump), and automatically closes in the opposite direction. The lower end of the valve body is equipped with a filter screen, which is used to prevent solid impurities in the water source (such as sand, aquatic plants, and debris) from entering the pump, thus avoiding damage to the impeller and the pump body.
